Our signature blend of spicy & sweet, featuring fresh ginger, garlic, lime, and other tasty sh*t. The chilis bring the spice and local Georgia honey brings the sweet. This sauce will tickle your tastebuds and may not be suitable for a tender tongue.
Try it on fried (or baked) wings, stir-fried vegetables, or broiled seafood. Tap below for a few recipe ideas.
Ingredients
Chili Sauce, Soy Sauce, Local Georgia Honey, Brown Sugar, Garlic, Ginger, Lime, Cilantro, Sesame Oil, and other tasty sh*t.
Tasty Tips

Shake jar well before using

Keep refrigerated at all times but don't be afraid to warm before use

A fresh squeeze of lime juice & sprinkle of chopped cilantro will brighten up the flavors in the sauce

Heat oven to 425° & line a baking sheet with foil (and/or you can use a roasting/cooling rack). Lightly oil to help prevent sticking.
WHAT YOU'LL NEED

Pat your chicken wings dry, then toss evenly in seasonings, adjusted to your personal taste, using a large bowl with a lid.

6-8 WHOLE CHICKEN WINGS

1-2 TBS KOSHER SALT

2 TSP BLACK PEPPER

2 TSP GARLIC POWDER

1 TBS BAKING POWDER
-
1 JUICY ASS LIME, HALVED
-
2-4 TBS CHOPPED CILANTRO
-
SWEET CHILI SAUCE JAR

Sprinkle baking powder over seasoned chicken & toss again to coat lightly and evenly.

Arrange your chicken wings on baking sheet, same side up, leaving space between each wing.

Bake for an hour, flipping every 20 minutes. Remove and let your wings cool for 5-10 minutes.

Coat your cooked wings with your SWEET CHILI SAUCE. Then squeeze with fresh lime, sprinkle cilantro & enjoy.
